Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We gladly accept exchanges within: 7 days of delivery. All handbags or footwear are to be returned clean and unworn. Please note that your handbags and footwear due to using natural leathers and hand dyed materials will have slight variations in each design, thus returns will not be allowed for these reasons. 

Please email us at to request a return also telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. Items are to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Your refund amount will be sent to you via the original payment method minus the shipping cost. 

Lastly, if items are returned unclean or worn, your order will be returned to you.

Can all items be returned or exchanged?
We do not allow the return or exchanges of the following items
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items i.e.: Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale or clearance

What if our order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that an item arrives faulty, we will offer a full refund. For faulty items, please notify us within 7 days and return the item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and will not be refunded.

I have an issue with my order. Who do I contact?
If you have any problems please email us at and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

A refund will not be given until the returned item has been received, thus please ensure you track your parcels. 

How do you ship our orders?
All orders take 2-3 business days to process, thus will be shipped within 3 to 5 days after payment, unless otherwise stated on the individual listing.

Items will be delivered through Royal Mail Second Class Signed For within the United Kingdom or DHL. This will take approximately 2 to 3 working days. Please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery.

Items sent outside the United Kingdom will be sent securely via DHL with delivery timelines of 3 - 6 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping addresses are copied and pasted from your order. The buyer is responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct. Refunds will not be given if the item is returned to sender due to incorrect contact details. Delivery addresses cannot be changed. We will only deliver to the address listed on the order. 

Will I be charged custom fees for my order?
Please note that custom charges and taxes may be applicable for international orders and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not commit fraud and change the cost and value of your items.

Please check with your local authorities on the guidelines for taxes and surcharges on international orders before purchasing. Any items returned to us for refusal to pay international fees will not be refunded, but given a store credit with shipping fees deducted. 

What happens if my order gets lost?
After your order is dispatched, the package become the customer's responsibility. LeyeLesi cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages after the order is dispatched. In the rare event an order goes missing please ensure claims are filed directly with the courier company.

As everything is handmade, there may be very slight variations between pieces.

We love to customise pieces to make them extra special. Please email us if you have any special requirements. Customised pieces on average take 4-8 weeks to produce.

Please note that all designs including custom order designs are the property of LeyeLesi Ltd. and may not be re-produced.
